Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website of Amici Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Company"), subscribing to our SaaS platforms, or executing a Statement of Work (SOW) for software engineering or translation services, you ("Client", "User") agree to be bound legally by these Terms of Service. If executing on behalf of an enterprise or institution, you warrant that you possess full corporate authority to bind the entity.

2. Scope of Services & Project Engineering

Amici Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. delivers custom web development, mobile app engineering, enterprise ERP platforms, AI automation, direct selling ERPs, and professional multilingual translation services (including Santali Ol Chiki localization). Detailed project specifications, milestones, timelines, and deliverables are explicitly documented in individual Statements of Work (SOW).

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Code Ownership

Upon full final settlement of invoice payments associated with a custom software development contract:

• Custom Source Code: Complete ownership rights to bespoke custom source code and project deliverables transfer exclusively to the Client.
• Proprietary Frameworks & Libraries: Pre-existing core libraries, reusable framework engines, or proprietary SaaS tools remain the intellectual property of Amici Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., granted to the Client under a perpetual, non-exclusive royalty-free license.

4. Payment Terms, Billing & GST Compliance

Project payments follow milestone structures defined in the project SOW. All invoices issued in India are subject to applicable GST rates (18%). International invoices are processed in USD or native currency via authorized global banking portals. Payments delayed beyond 15 business days from invoice date may incur a late administrative charge of 1.5% per month.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Warranty Support

Extended Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), 24/7 server monitoring, and guaranteed SLA uptime (99.9%) are governed by dedicated SLA agreements.
